Description: The Jessup Correctional Institution Energy Performance Contract (EPC) involved upgrading the steam distribution system of the Jessup Correctional Institution and Maryland Correctional Institution, with boiler upgrades at the Maryland Correctional Institution for Women, and decommissioning of the old Maryland House of Corrections. Ecologic developed the implementation stage of this project, assembling the proper team to design and build the selected energy conservation measures (ECMs) in an occupied correctional environment.
