The management team at Ecologic LLC, lead by Wayne T. Hudson, LEED AP, has more than 25 years of combined experience in construction and engineering and related fields, specializing in energy saving performance contract development, renewable energy project development, green construction management, sustainability consulting, LEED consulting, and geothermal energy consulting.

Our Leadership
Wayne T. Hudson, LEED AP
Principal Wayne T. Hudson, who holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science from The University of Connecticut, is LEED-accredited and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-conditioning Engineers. For more than two decades, Wayne has played a key role in the development and management of a number of important engineering, procurement and construction projects, for a wide range of clients, including the Delaware Department of Corrections, Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, EMJAY Engineering and Construction Co., Temp Air Company, NORESCO, Energy Systems Group, and the Baltimore City Public School System.
Mandy Hudson
Principal Mandy Hudson has been involved in the mechanical industry for more than 25 years. As Managing Partner, she is responsible for all financial and operational functions for Ecologic, including sales management, contract development, bookkeeping, and billing. Also, her experience as a part owner of her family’s plumbing supply company has provided Mandy with an extensive knowledge of the mechanical industry and supports her results-driven attitude toward business operations.
