Description: The Baltimore City Public Schools took advantage of an energy performance contract (EPC) to upgrade some of its schools that had deteriorated over the years due to lack of funding and neglect. All Maryland-approved energy services companies were involved in this massive project. Pepco Energy Services and NORESCO utilized Ecologic’s expertise in developing and implementing EPC projects at 25 schools.
