Description: The Wicomico County Energy Performance Contract (EPC) project involved upgrading the systems in a series of office complexes. Boiler and chiller upgrades were performed to improve efficiency. Testing and repairing many deficiencies allowed Wicomico County officials to maximize the performance of their buildings. Ecologic developed the implementation phase of the project, assembling the right team to carry out the energy conservation measures, in occupied buildings in a small city setting, under budget and on time..
